An on-site visit is required to make recommendations for planning and design. This involves determining the best location for a shelter site. We evaluate the orientation, topography, slopes elevation, soils utilities and drainage conditions. During this visit we discuss your specific needs, such as desired protection levels, accessibility, preferred creature comforts, design criteria, and exposure of the project. Other variables are: distance from power grid stations, airports, military bases tornado paths, hurricane areas, fault lines, chemical and weapons arsenals. Our clients enjoy the many benefits of our hands on experience and vast knowledge of subterranean constructions. There are very few companies experienced in the design and construction criteria required to design and build these types of facilities.
