Preliminary plans are drafted based upon the information request, site survey results, specific needs, budget and local code requirements. A final set of plans including: foundation, detail plumbing, electrical, mechanical and civil, are made ready for final engineering and owner approval When the owner has inspected, approved and chosen finishing details, a project management team will be chosen. A suitable time line will be determined that meets the owner’s individual requirements. This allows us to optimize local security conditions and minimize the disturbance and time required on site. We offer four basic levels of support: 1.) Engineering and design services 2.) Design and construction of concrete shell only 3.) Turn key facility development 4.) Site supervision and management of contractors |
